Victim Satisfaction Framework

Members of Mediation UK's Mediation & Reparation committee have been working on this for some months.

The framework was launched on 12th October 2006

(Forthcoming in January 2007 will be:

-the updated version of the VSF, incorporating changes from October's workshop

explanatory notes contextualising and supporting this framework (VSF NotesHere)

-access to the Google Spreadsheet for pooling the data)

The current version of the VSF is here Victim_Satisfaction_Framework.doc ).

Also here is the corresponding Excel spreadsheet From Victim-Satisfaction-Framework to row of data.xls.

In January 2007 practitioners will be provided with access to a Google Spreadsheet as a means to anonymously put together all the Victim Satisfaction Data.

(In order to access this data, email paul_crosland_nospam@yahoo.com with evidence of the agency for whom you are a restorative practitioner e.g. email from work email address).

Annual Reports on this data will be made available on this wiki site and brought to the Annual Practitioners Network Day (see Events in sidebar).
