CreativeRestorativeReparationWorkshop

At best, reparation is a genuine and practical opportunity for an offender to put right the harm they have caused and repair relationships damaged by the crime. At worst it can be a punitive, or even degrading experience bearing no relation to the offence, the offender, or the aggrieved. Many YOTs have developed creative approaches to reparation, to ensure that the experience is meaningful, is relevant to the unique situation surrounding the offence and is of benefit to victims and communities. In this workshop, we'll be sharing thoughts, ideas and experiences & trying to get to the core of what reparation can achieve.
